1. Introduction & Eligibility

Welcome to QuickShot. By accessing our application and website, you agree to comply with these terms. You must be at least 18 years of age, or have the explicit permission of a legal guardian, to book services through QuickShot.

2. Booking & Services

QuickShot acts as a platform connecting users with professional content creators. A booking is considered confirmed only upon payment of the online advance fee. The remaining balance must be paid directly to the creator upon completion of the shoot at the specified location.

3. User Responsibilities

• Users must provide accurate location, date, time, and contact information during booking.
• Users are expected to cooperate respectfully with the assigned creator during the shoot.
• Users are responsible for securing any necessary permissions for shooting at private locations.

4. Payment & Taxes

Payments are split into an online advance (booking fee) and a final balance paid on-site. All online payments are processed securely. Applicable taxes (including GST) are calculated based on local regulations and will be reflected at checkout.

5. Copyright & Content Rights

Upon full payment, the user receives full usage rights to the delivered photos and videos. However, QuickShot and the Creator retain the right to use the generated content in their portfolios and for marketing purposes, unless explicitly opted out by the user in writing prior to the shoot.

6. Trademark & Liability

"QuickShot" is a protected trademark. Users may not misuse our branding. QuickShot's liability for any service failure, delay, or data loss is strictly limited to the amount paid for the booking fee.
